Handspun Wool Ceremonial Handfasting Cord with Customizable Charms & Gems
These breathtaking cords are the result of a collaboration between long-time friends, Drucilla Pettibone & Mathyld (Under the Pyramids). Each cord is one-of-a-kind. The approximately 5’ cord is handspun by Druscilla using fibers from her own sheep in North Carolina, USA. Mathyld creates meticulously hand-crafted charms on the antique bench of her Parisian atelier, using only sustainable, locally recycled sterling silver. Each cord is fully customizable with your choice of 3 hand-stamped charms and 3 different gemstones (9 pieces of each).

Why does it takes a bit longer to deliver the item to you?
Bespoke products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order and possibly have a consultation with the artist. Some products might come from artists and creators in other part of the world. Making bespoke products instead of ready made in bulk helps reduce overproduction and supports independent creators, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Artist Bio: Under the Pyramids
Under the Pyramids pieces are designed and carefully handcrafted by Mathlyd in her Parisian atelier, close to the Canal Saint-Martin. She works with sustainable and predominantly locally recycled sterling silver. Each creation is hand-made and one-of-one. Mathlyd is inspired by nature, magick, lost civilisations, and times immemorial. Mists, and forests, and rings, and megaliths. Folk-lore and legends. Alphabets and symbols. And the writings and arts of the XIXth Century.
